1 Acceptance of Terms

9 Account Suspension and Termination

• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A valid self-exclusion request has been submitted.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate action on the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's balance will be held and not accessible until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation results in a finding of no breach, the balance will be reinstated. If a breach is confirmed, ng777 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the balance depending on the nature of the violation.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ng777 support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure that is not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be processed for withdrawal through your registered payment channel.

10 Limitation of Liability
